Everywhere there is love - Heart shaped cloud

I am not some hopeless romantic, but I still believe in good, even more so when I see so much bad, so is bad, good in a way? it shows us.. BAH not getting into that debate...

Just wanted to share a picture I took in November 2008.

Cross post from old blog:

It is a perfect shaped heart!

I came out to the backyard this morning to hang out my washing and to take the cats for a walk and as I was closing the screen door I saw this!!
I smiled so wider that I think me cheeks almost cracked. I don't know who it was for or who is was from but it was.... that is enough for me.
What a wonderful way to start the day!! :)

Robbie Williams- open minded

I hate the fun that some are making of him for just having an open mind.
I like it that he has such an open mind and has admitted it, and that for people to call him mental is just wrong.

he did not say " Aliens are coming to get me etc etc, it seems from what I have read that he just has a healthy fascination with the paranormal.
In fact it says here that he is so intrigued by it that he has paid a whopping 7million pounds for the country estate, which is said to be criss-crossed by “ley lines” – invisible mystical energy routes believed to attract UFOs.

But I don't think he comes across as mental,he was quoted as saying this here:
"
Every time I put my foot in the water as regards this kind of stuff, or paranormal stuff, I meet charlatans.

"You come across people that make you go, 'Oh no, you're supposed to be the expert but you're obviously mental'

That sounds like someone with a head on their shoulders... no?

In 2004 he was quoted as wanting to host a paranormal TV show. I guess this did not eventuate.
He says, "I really want to do a whole TV series on paranormal things, perhaps on LIVING TV. I'm really intrigued. I'm pretty open for it to be real. We'll go to Los Angeles go to HOUDINI's, to Dan Aykroyd's house, go round all these places, have a seance and video what comes up.

I hope that he does find something tangible :)

10 Angels in classic movies

I found Divine Carols website which has a list of 10 Angels seen in classic movies. It has a little teaser written about each one under each title but I thought it might be fun to show what Angels on screen looked like "back then", a far cry from what we see nowdays :)

1. Mr. Jordan and Messenger 7013 in Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941)

I like how they always wore suits :)

2. Charles in For Heaven’s Sake (1950)

Suits again and rather distinguished ;)

3. The Angelic Helpers in Angels in the Outfield (1951)

I can't find anything for this one from this year

4. Clarence in It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)

What a happy nice face, certainly someone who you would feel at ease with :)

5. Dudley in The Bishop’s Wife (1947)

6. Billy Bigelow in Carousel (1956)

7. J. Hardy Hempstead in The Twilight Zone: Episode Mr. Bevis (1960)

8. Athanael in The Horn Blows at Midnight (1945)

9. Donald Duck in Donald’s Better Self (1938)

10. The Stranger in The Passing of the Third Floor Back (1935)

What a great list! and how much fun it was to find and watch these old world Angels of the screen.
For more information and the actual list, please go to Divine Carols website and have a lookie for yourself :)

How do I build a spaceship?

You know you have always wanted your very own! And the author of the free Ebook says for a mere $60K your dream could be a reality!

hahaha So cute! To quote Mulder " I want to believe" lol
Still.... it's a fun conversation topic ;)

I would absolutely LOVE to see one built from these books! There certainly is a whole lot of information he has compiled and made available. :)

Their web site is here:

UFO How to build

And their blog is here:

The Vampires assistant

You know, everywhere where I look, there are mixed reviews, but judging from what I have seen on You Tube I think it looks pretty cute!
I mean if you go in knowing that it is a kids or "family" movie you have no expectations.
I mean I love my vampires bloody and the way vamps should be, however this kind of light hearted family movie is really cool to see now and again... I think I like the whole circus theme too.

I'll check back in after it comes out on dvd and I have seen it :)

Here are a whole heap of reviews.. it's a real mixed bag. But IMO some people just take movies too seriously and don't see them for the entertainment that they are meant to be :)

Haunted Restaurant Beaver Township?

I had a dream about a Restaurant ghost the other night, she was wearing a red dress & the restaurant was like all wood panelled and beamed,.... anyway I came across this story to 2 different sites but can find no other pictures, stories etc about the place.. usually there is something?

Anyway here you go for your reading pleasure:
(remember to click through to the original stories :)

Five years ago, Smith had paranormal experts and a psychic visit her restaurant, 1506 W. Beaver Road.

They rate haunted places on a scale from 1-5, five being the most haunted. The restaurant was rated a four. Smith was told there were at least four ghosts in the building: a blonde woman in a flowing white gown named Sadie; Horace, a blacksmith; and two children who died of scarlet fever.

Built in the 1800s, the building has been a saloon, general store, hotel and jail. Smith said the psychic told her the ghosts in her restaurant did not particularly want to be reunited with loved ones in death.
and this blog, though t is just the same story is still interesting to read the comments :)

Ghost Theory

Here is the actual web site for the restaurant:

Shari Gourmet Dining is centrally located in Mid-Michigan, in one of Michigan’s last known Ghost Towns. The "Willard Hillton", our building, was once known as the Beaver Hotel. It was built in the late 1800’s, and housed not only the hotel but the local jail, general store, and saloon. It was jokingly nicknamed "Willard Hillton" by townspeople 50 years ago, and has been know as such ever since. Today it is one of only three original buildings remaining in the town of Willard. Interestingly enough, the historic jail cell with its cave like walls and sand floor now houses our Wine at perfect cellaring conditions year round.

Whether it be publicity or something else, I sure wish there was more to read out there on it other than really just the one story :)

Lighting strikes a coincidence?

This is such a neat story!
Not only that the preacher was "asking God for a sign" then apparently lightning crashed on the church steeple.

What makes it even more funny is that a church by the same name, different suburb was hit later that same summer.

We know it's just a funny coincidence because of the steeples they are like a beacon to be hit.
But funny stories worth the read anyway I think :)

A guest evangelist at First Baptist Church in Forest was preaching about penance and asking for a sign on Tuesday night, when the church's steeple was hit by lightning, setting the church on fire and blowing out the sound system.

"It was awesome, just awesome," said church member Ronnie Cheney, 40, of rural Forest,

Paranormal cruise with David Wells?

hehe this would be cool! I like David he seems so nice on Most haunted.

Television personality David Wells, billed as one of the world's leading astrologers, psychics and "past-life therapists," announced this week he'll be hosting a voyage focused on the topic for the first time in June on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas.

Video of a few ghosts caught on camera

Some new and old in a little video I found. The last fire shot looks SO fake, I suppose a lot of them do, but who knows? :)

Real or fake UFO

Whatever it is, I think it looks pretty cool! Especially the rotating light in the centre. The comments are all in French so not sure what people think.

I sometimes see, what I think are auras...

... or my mind playing tricks. You know, that glow that you see around all things when your eyes go out of focus. I guess it may be an aura and it may be my eyes?

This is a quick little story back from Dec 2008 cross posted from my old blog.

Obviously the picture has been photo shopped, it was just to give you an "idea" of what I saw :)

heheh I thought I would share a little something.
This morning I was sitting at my desk checking my zillion of blogs and my Little kitty girl came in and clawed the back of my chair, as she does, to get some attention.
She is a funny little girl, she wants to be loved but runs when you try and give it to her, yet if you can catch her she purs and purs.. it is like she is saying "no yes no yes yes" you know?

Anyway, as she always does, she ran to the doorway so I could not jump up and grab her, as I turned to look at her I saw this beautiful brilliant pink light around her, I do see these around people now and again, but have never seen in colours before.
So you know, being a Momma, your thoughts immediately turn to.. oh no is she sick? etc? So I googled it and what do you know?----
Pink - This is the color of love. It represents compassion, and possibly a love of art and beauty. Darker or muddier shades of pink may point to an individual who is immature.
Is just one, but they all said the same thing...

What a beautiful way to start the morning knowing for sure that my baby girl loves me :))))
So I have to say thank you to my beautiful little girl for showing me her "true light" and save me from wondering if I make a happy home for her :))

I hope that someones "true light" reveals itself to you today :)
