What does Anagantios being said to you mean? please?

I have had a Wry neck again, been doing the exercises and taking the pain meds, still hurts.
Physio said they usually go within 48 hours.. not really..I had a nagging stupid feeling like I was being told something like I was supposed to be listening, so this morning I thought fuck it, it's not going to hurt, so I sat and meditated.. I had the sun rays of light in my eyes rather than the dense light, then it went to like a dark ball and a light ball chasing each other, like spinning, then someone said something like Anna ganaious. I thought it was two words as it was said it was pronounced, but I can't remember exactly now, but the closest I can find on the net is that word above, and it seems to mean many different things, I don't understand?...just more crazy me ...

Would love to know any thouts on what this was... just how crazy am I? :)
