Hark the Herald Angels sing and lights

first up, I have said many times about how I see shadows flashing past and in the corner of my eye, I also see lights.
Last night while laying in bed, There kept being just little lights flying up in the same spot, they would stop when I looked at them directly but it I just watched from the corner of my eye, it was like little fireflies flying upwards... who knows??? First sign of crazy I reckon!! ha ha

OK now to today's story, which is another "I have no freaking clue" maybe if I could get my head clear enough.. nah it still sounds crazy!@ lol :

I was in the Library today and was walking through an isle and from a shelf flew a book straight into the middle of the isle I was in.
because of the how far it flew I though someone would have had to push it from the other side of the shelf.. there was no-one there.
I keep making excuses in my head, maybe I just knocked it somehow, even though a simple knock would have never sent it that far into the isle.
To tell the truth I have no idea?! But I didn't really want to think about it till after I left there.

You ask " so what was the book?"
This is the stupid thing... it was a Christmas book called " Hark the Herald Angels sing"

LOL no idea what that is about, strange though, I am just doing some googling and found a "lost verse":

Come, desire of nations, come,
Fix in us thy humble home;
Rise, the woman's conquering seed,
Bruise in us the serpent's head. Now display thy saving power,
Ruin'd nature now restore;
Now in mystic union join
Thine to ours, and ours to thine. Adam's likeness, Lord, efface,
Stamp thy image in its place.
Second Adam from above,
Reinstate us in thy love. Let us thee, though lost, regain,
Thee, the life, the inner man:
O, to all thyself impart,
Form'd in each believing heart.

on this page: Christian Today it goes on to say this:
There is some real theological insight in these neglected verses. First of all we notice the Advent antiphon "Come, desire of nations, come," followed by a reference to the Fall, with the serpent bruising the heel of humanity and Adam bruising its head (Genesis 3:15). Wesley cleverly alters the meaning, asking that the serpent in us (sin) should be bruised (defeated) by Christ, the second Adam, who reinstates us as beloved sons and daughters of God. In the restoration of sinful humanity to a state of grace through the incarnation of Christ, the joining of divine and human nature is also achieved. Consequently, that which was lost (salvation) is gained and a new life is granted to all believers.

LOL OK I am done looking! Still have no idea about what this means... well, if it even means anything.

"IF" it was to mean something, what do you think it may mean? lol Christmas is coming? hahah  OK it's just me laughing off the weird ;)

Bare Island

I have not posted in like forever, I know! It just seemed that there were so many other blogs out there reporting what was new around the net, that it didn't seem worth it, I decided to use this blog for original thoughts, pictures, experiences etc. Kind of like what I have been doing anyway.
It will still remain intermittent only postings, if you do not use a reader I am more than happy to add your email to the subscriptions, but you must email from the email you wish listed. :)

Ok onto our Bare Island trip. From a ghosty type, point of view, I was most interested in this old Military site because at one stage it was a retirement home for retired war veterans. The ones with no place to go, I would imagine that this place would have been such a refuge that maybe they did not want to leave?
Even if this was not the case, it was a great tour and I love old places and history anyway ! :)

I have only had a quick look through the pictures and these are the ones I found interesting.

This is in the big ass cannon casement. About every picture we have in this room has the feint orbs in the pictures, I am gathering that these are dust or some sort of airborne particle.
This picture I am posting, is because this was the only one with not only the feint orbs but also two very bright orbs. Not sure what it is, but worth posting. This casement was also used by the resident retired vets for a recreation room.

I really don't know what this is. It is just a random picture, but with a green spot? No idea, but not normal, hence being posted here ;)

This is one of my favourite ones because it has "background", not just a random shot.
On our way out, I felt a bit funny, like someone was watching us all from the guard house, and asked my hubby to take a picture, please ignore the pink tone(he was fooling around with settings), but you can see something a bit "electrical" looking to me? What do you think? Not normal is it?

And the last one, well I have no idea what it is. Prolly nothing. I would love to go back and see the actual window to get a look  at it.
First up I thought it was just a hinge, but hinges usually come in pairs and there is only one. Also I think all the windows in this place were boarded up? (not 100%)
What really gets me is, if you enlarge the picture it is so spot on an animals face, like even you can see the nostrils and pupils of the eyes. Crazy accurate. If it is something else, They have purposefully,  made it look like an animal?lol That's what I think anyway :P
What do you think?

That's it for now, I don't think there will be any more pictures, but if I do see some thing I will post again :)

There is more to life than life.. :)
